Job summary

PACIFIC HEALTH SERVICES INC is seeking a Pediatric Home Health LVN to provide compassionate care to children in their homes in California. You will administer medications, monitor progress, and collaborate with a care team to develop and follow patient-specific plans.

PM shifts 2pm-10pm and NOC shifts 10pm-6am on Sundays-Thursday, with some weekend coverage. The role emphasizes family education, safe home environments, and thorough documentation, with support for training and development.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatric nursing or home health care preferred.
• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilators preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Compassionate demeanor and a passion for pediatric care.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility in scheduling.
