Shifts include Saturday-Sunday 9am-5pm and Monday-Friday 4pm-8pm, with a focus on medication administration, assessment, and family education in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Active California LVN license and CPR certification.
• Experience in pediatric nursing or home health preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
