Qualifications

• RN with Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, or completed within five years of hire; 15+ years’ service for internal candidates may satisfy the requirement
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Current RN license in Washington State or MLS endorsement
• Current BLS Certification required
• Two years as Staff RN in a clinic setting preferred
• Experience in the position or specialty and/or completed training as appropriate
• Current Washington state driver’s license and a safe driving record as per MultiCare standards

Responsibilities

• Mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs
• Act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care
• Apply specialized knowledge to administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice

Responsibilities

• You will mobilize resources and manage the system in response to patient needs
• You will act as an expert clinical practitioner and participate in the development and evaluation of clinical guidelines and standards of care
• You will apply your specialized knowledge towards the activities of administration, supervision, and evaluation of nursing practice
• You will utilize critical thinking skills and independent decision-making regarding patient care and collection and analyses of data
• Collaborate and cooperate with patients, families' health care providers, payors, and management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or obtained within five (5) years from the initial date of hire; RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before January 1, 2021 may be considered in satisfaction of this requirement in lieu of an education agreement
• Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred
• Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS)
• Current BLS Certification required
• Two (2) years experience as a Staff RN, in a clinic setting preferred
• Experience in the position and/or specialty and/or successful completion of training as appropriate
• Current Washington state driver's license and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MultiCare Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $121,118.40 - $197,579.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
