Job summary
Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a Full Time Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant for a pediatric case in Leeper, PA. Schedule: Monday through Friday.
You will join an interdisciplinary team to provide hands-on personal care in the home setting, report changes, and perform routine nursing-support tasks under policies and regulations. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting care, promoting safety, and supporting family members while ensuring high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Eighteen (18) years of age or older.
- Six (6) months of healthcare experience or completion of the office's preceptor program.
- Nurse aide training and competency evaluation programs required by state/federal regs.
- Proof of graduation or active student status in nursing/related programs.
- State-approved aide training with registry listed as in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities in patients' homes.
- Record vital signs and report changes to supervisor.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, nutrition, and mobility tasks.
- Promote safe environments and proper body mechanics.
- Administer and remind medication as appropriate.
- Document observations and care provided in patient records.
