Golden Care of Northeast PA, Inc. seeks dedicated Home Health Aides (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our compassionate team. Under supervision, you will provide general aide care to assigned patients, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with standards.

This role may include on-call duties after hours. You will report patients’ status, assist with daily living activities, maintain records, and participate in on-call rotations.

Formación

• Active HHA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania.
• Certified Nursing Assistant license in the state.

Responsabilidades

• Provide generalized aide care to assigned patients.
• Report patients' status and environment to team members.
• Coordinate care with attending physician and management.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and promote independence.
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports.
• Participate in on-call rotation as necessary.
