Job summary

Interim HealthCare - Christian Miller is seeking a Full Time Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant to support a pediatric patient in Leeper. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor vitals, and reinforce care plans within the family home.

The role includes medication reminders, basic nursing support within scope, and adherence to safety and infection control protocols while traveling between assignments.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old minimum.
• 6 months of healthcare experience or completion of the office's preceptor program.
• Nursing student in last year or proven personal care aide skills, or graduate RN/LPN with graduation proof.
• State/federal required aide training/competency program or equivalent.
• No 24-month lapse in compensation as a home health aide.

Responsibilities

• Reads and records vitals and patient changes.
• Assists with ADLs and family training.
• Promotes safe environment and unobstructed pathways.
• Assists with ambulation, transfers, and ROM.
• Assists with shopping, meals, and homemaking.
• Assists in medication reminders and administration as allowed.
• Follows care plan and documents accurately.
• Maintains PHI confidentiality and reports changes.
