Job summary

CareGivers America seeks caring individuals to provide in-home 1:1 supervision and daily living support for children in Bucks County and surrounding areas. No experience needed; training and HHA/CNA certification help you advance while you learn on the job.

Provide compassionate care, assist with routines, and implement IEPs/BIPs to support each child’s development in a safe home setting. Opportunities for growth and flexible schedules are available.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Morrisville, PA.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting.
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed.
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs).
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development.
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment.
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.

No experience needed — we’ll train you and help you become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This is meaningful, one-on-one care where you truly make a difference in a child’s daily life.
