Job summary

CareGivers America in Dauphin County, PA is hiring a Pediatric Caregiver to provide compassionate, in‑home supervision for children. No experience required; paid training is provided and you’ll become a certified Home Health Aide (HHA).

This role offers flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends) with opportunities for growth, plus benefits like medical, dental, vision insurance and PTO. Reliable transportation to client homes is needed.

Qualifications

• HHA or CNA certificate preferred.
• Willingness to work in Pike.
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients' location.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age‑appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals

Education
