Job summary

CareGivers America in Susquehanna Valley is seeking a compassionate Pediatric Caregiver to provide in-home, one-on-one supervision for children. No experience required; paid training and certification support help you become a licensed Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA).

Travel to Benton, Dushore, Lewisburg and surrounding areas is part of the role. You’ll assist with daily living activities, support IEPS and BIPs, and promote engaging, age-appropriate activities in a safe home setting.

Qualifications

• Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurses Aide (CNA) certificate preferred
• Willingness to work in Benton, Dushore, Lewisburg, Northumberland County, Snyder County
• Reliable transportation to travel to clients location

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 supervision and support to children in a safe, in-home setting
• Assist with daily living skills, including hygiene, meals, and routine care as needed
• Implement and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior support plans (BIPs)
• Facilitate structured, age-appropriate activities that promote skill development
• Support positive behavior strategies and maintain a consistent, safe environment
• Frequent standing and walking, assisting members with daily activities, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
