Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to work one on one with two pediatric brothers in the home setting for full-time or part-time opportunities. The role covers complex pediatric homecare with tracheostomy and ventilator support, in a flexible schedule across days and overnights.

Ideal candidates have homecare experience and pediatric high-acuity care exposure. Start date targeted for November/December 2026, with benefits including health, retirement, and lifestyle perks.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice.
• Current Health Certificate or facility/state requirement.
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred, pediatric/homecare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for a pediatric patient with complex medical needs (Tracheostomy and ventilator care, seizure monitoring, personal care, medication administration, and PRN oxygen).
