Palomacares in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Pediatric Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes across the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You will assess, monitor, and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with families and physicians to ensure safe, quality care.

The role requires a current Texas RN license and at least two years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 24 hours per week.

Pediatric Home Care Registered Nurse (RN)

$34-$38 an hour · Permanent, direct hire · Full-time or part-time

We are recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for permanent pediatric home-care nursing opportunities across the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

You'll provide individualized nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, working closely with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. Nurses with at least two years of clinical experience are encouraged to apply. Specialized skills training is available through the hiring organization.

Schedule: Minimum 24 hours per week. Available shifts and specific patient assignments vary by location.

What you'll do

Specialized training is available. Prior pediatric or ventilator experience is not mandatory.

Pay: $34.00-$38.00 per hour, depending on case complexity
