Job summary

ChildServe in Johnston, IA is seeking a part-time RN/LPN Pediatric Home Care Nurse to provide in-home nursing services under a client care plan. You will work one-on-one with children, delivering comprehensive care within their homes.

The role offers scheduling flexibility across day/evening/night/weekend shifts, a $2,000 signing bonus, and comprehensive training with clinical support. You must hold a valid Iowa RN or LPN license and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current valid RN or LPN license in Iowa.
• Active BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and mobility within client homes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of nursing services as defined by the care plan.
• Communicate with the client care team to assess and meet the child’s needs.
• Train clients, families and staff to enhance care delivery.
