Job summary

A leading home health care provider in Montgomery County is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a passion for pediatric care. In this position, you will provide skilled nursing care, monitor clients' conditions, and follow doctors' orders. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Report any changes in the client's condition to the Clinical Manager and physician.
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home.

Our BAYADA Sellersville Pediatric Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We are currently seeking day and overnight shift nurses interested in going through our trach and ventilator training to provide care for our kiddos residing in the Pennsburg, Red Hill, Quakertown, Telford, Perkasie, Coopersburg areas.

• Traditional shifts (8's or 10's)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
