Job summary

The Children’s Health Center at Duke University Hospital seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Care Coordinator for the Pediatric Hematology/Oncology department. You will provide triage support, coordinate complex visits, and educate families in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

This full-time role requires a BSN, NC RN licensure, and at least three years of nursing experience. Hematology/oncology background and EPIC experience are preferred. Relocation assistance and Total Rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• 3 years of nursing experience required.
• Current North Carolina RN licensure required.
• Pediatric hematology/oncology experience preferred.
• Experience with telephone triage or managed care coordination preferred.
• EPIC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with providers, case managers, RNs and health care team to assess patient needs and develop plans of care.
• Provide telephone triage and clinical consultation across multiple clinical areas.
• Coordinate complex visits, pre-visit assessments and clinic flow.
