Job summary

Phoenix Children's Division of Hematology/Oncology and BMT seeks a full-time pediatric hematologist/oncologist to join the Leukemia and Lymphoma Section. The eligible candidate will provide inpatient and outpatient care in CCBD, participate in early phase clinical trials, and contribute to teaching and translational research.

The CCBD handles about 400 new oncology patients annually, with substantial hematologic malignancy activity; collaboration with Mayo Clinic Arizona, University of Arizona,

Qualifications

• Board eligible or certified by the American Board of Pediatrics in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
• Interest in design and conduct of early phase clinical trials.
• Academic involvement in teaching and research.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient care for pediatric oncology patients.
• Offer subspecialty consultations and follow-up.
• Contribute to diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Support teaching rounds and research initiatives.
