Job summary

Phoenix Children’s seeks a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible pediatric hematologist/oncologist to join the Division of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant in Phoenix. The attending physician will provide clinical care, participate in teaching rounds, and engage in clinical research across solid and liquid tumors.

Academic appointments are through the University of Arizona-College of Medicine Phoenix and Mayo Clinic Arizona; the division supports residents,

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible pediatric hematologist/oncologist.
• Experience in academic clinical care, teaching, and clinical research is desirable.
• Experience supervising residents and fellows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings for pediatric hematology/oncology patients.
• Participate in teaching rounds, conferences, and supervision of trainees.
• Support clinical research and academic activities within the division.
• Contribute to program development and patient safety initiatives.
