Qualifications

• BSN or higher nursing degree is required
• Active Florida RN license is required
• BLS Health Care Provider and PALS certifications within 30 days of hire are required

Responsibilities

• Charge Nurse implements the patient care delivery model for the patient and their family.
• Demonstrate clinical judgment and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with nursing leaders and inter-professional teams to improve patient care outcomes.
• Facilitate learning and mentorship for staff and students.
• Maintain timely admissions, transfers, and discharges.
