Job summary

Akron Children's in Ohio is seeking a pediatric gastroenterologist to join a collaborative, academically driven team of 12 pediatric gastroenterologists and 7 nurse practitioners.

You will provide comprehensive care for children with GI, liver, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders, participate in education of residents and fellows, and contribute to research while building a lasting impact in pediatric health care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification by the American Board of Pediatrics required.
• Board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology required.
• Ability to obtain an active medical license in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative and academically driven team of 12 pediatric gastroenterologists and 7 nurse practitioners.
• Provide comprehensive care for children with GI, liver, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders.
• Engage in education and mentorship of pediatric residents, medical students, and fellows; participate in research.
