AdventHealth for Children in Central Florida is seeking a full-time Pediatric Gastroenterologist to join an established program. The role involves a predominantly general GI practice with 80% general GI and 20% subspecialty care, offering flexibility to develop niche areas such as pancreatic diseases or motility disorders.

The position supports education and fellowship development, with opportunities to shape a Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship Program and contribute to academic growth

Qualifications

• Fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology required.
• Board Certification in Pediatrics and Pediatric Gastroenterology required.
• Post-fellowship practice experience preferred; five or more years ideal.
• Comfortable managing common pediatric GI emergencies and collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Join an established team and contribute to a predominantly general pediatric GI practice with a subspecialty focus as needed.
• Independently perform routine pediatric GI endoscopic procedures.
• Participate in education and potential development of a Pediatric Gastroenterology Fellowship program.
• Support clinical growth across Central Florida locations with hospital and academic collaboration.
