Job summary

The role requires an accredited nursing degree, IL RN licensure, and ANCC certification within 12 months, plus a track record of healthcare leadership and budget management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program at the baccalaureate or graduate level.
• RN license in Illinois (state).
• ANCC certification relevant to area within 12 months of hire.
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical leadership for the multidisciplinary team with 24-hour accountability.
• Oversee financial management including budgets and capital planning in collaboration with leadership.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and standardize clinical practices within designated area(s).
• Facilitate interdisciplinary communication and ensure safe, effective patient care delivery.
