Job summary

Kids Dental Brands is seeking a compassionate Associate General Dentist in Springfield, MO to provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens. You will work with pediatric dentists and clinical teams to deliver preventive, restorative, and comprehensive care in a patient-friendly environment.

This role offers mentorship from experienced managing and owner dentists, access to a state-of-the-art simulation lab, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license or ability to obtain licensure in Missouri.
• General Dentists with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to connect with children, teens, and families.
• Strong commitment to creating positive patient experiences.
• Ability to manage a diverse patient population and adapt care based on individual patient needs.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens.
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
• Create a comfortable, positive, and welcoming experience for every patient.
• Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining excellent clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation according to standards.
• Stay current with advancements in dental techniques and technology through continuing education.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach initiatives.
