Job summary

Kids Dental Brands in Joplin, MO is seeking a compassionate General Dentist to deliver comprehensive dental care for children and teens, while helping families establish healthy habits and positive attitudes toward dentistry.

You will work alongside experienced pediatric dentists, clinical teams, and support staff in modern facilities, with mentorship, in-house CE, and opportunities for leadership and career growth.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Missouri dental license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• General Dentists with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children, teens, and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens including preventive, restorative, and diagnostic services.
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients and families on oral hygiene.
• Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists and support teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and stay current with dental techniques.
