Job summary

Kids Dental Brands is seeking a compassionate Associate General Dentist in Phoenix, AZ to deliver comprehensive dental care for children and teens. You will work with a team of pediatric dentists and staff to promote healthy smiles in a fun, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active state license or ability to obtain licensure in Arizona.
• General Dentists with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to connect with children, teens, and families.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens (preventive, restorative, diagnostic).
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Create a comfortable, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Deliver high-quality dental procedures while maintaining clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams.
• Maintain accurate patient records per regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advancements in techniques and technology via continuing education.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and community outreach.
