Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license or ability to obtain licensure in Mississippi.
• General Dentists with 1–2 years of experience preferred; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to providing quality dental care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children, teens, and families.
• Moderate Sedation Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care for children and teens (preventive, restorative, diagnostic).
• Perform examinations, treatment planning, and patient consultations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Educate patients and families on proper oral hygiene and preventive care.
• Create a comfortable, positive, welcoming experience for every patient.
• Deliver high‑quality dental procedures while maintaining clinical standards.
• Collaborate with pediatric dentists, specialists, and support teams.
