Job summary

Akron Children's seeks a pediatric gastroenterologist to join a dedicated division in Northeast Ohio. You will collaborate with 12 pediatric gastroenterologists and 7 nurse practitioners to advance clinical, educational, and research missions while serving a growing patient population.

Requirements include an MD/DO, board certification by the American Board of Pediatrics, and board eligibility/certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology with the ability to obtain an Ohio medical license.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification by the American Board of Pediatrics required.
• Pediatric Gastroenterology board eligibility/certification required or obtainable.
• Ability to obtain an active Ohio medical license.

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative, academically driven team in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
• Provide clinical care for children with GI, liver, pancreatic, and nutritional disorders.
• Participate in education and mentorship of residents, medical students, and GI fellows.
