Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments.
• Receive authorizations back in the mail; import and call parents.
• Schedule treatment and recall appointments; confirm appointments.
• Handle calls throughout the day.
• Process No Show Reports.
• Schedule patients from ASAP List.
• Check patients in and out; verify information on file.
• Verify eligibility with insurance.
