Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group, including Zoo Crew Pediatric Dentistry in Hermitage, is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator to welcome children and caregivers and coordinate check-ins. You will contribute to a fun, stress-free visit and support the clinical team with patient flow and scheduling.

The position offers a full-time schedule with a welcoming, team-centered environment and opportunities for growth within a national pediatric dental network.

Qualifications

• 1 year experience preferred, but we will train the right person
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kids and caregivers, ensuring a friendly check-in
• Assisting doctors and caregivers during visits
• Maintaining a smooth patient flow and kid-friendly environment
• Supporting a positive front-desk experience for families
