Job summary

SoftPath Medical is seeking a Pediatric Float Pool Nurse to cover multiple pediatric units, including PICU, NICU, pediatric medical-surgical, PACU, pediatric ED boarders and postpartum/mother-baby units.

The role requires at least two years in PICU, NICU float pool experience is a plus, and relevant pediatric certifications. Night shifts comprised of 36 or 48 hours weekly, with 13-week assignments and no block scheduling guaranteed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of PICU experience.
• Experience in NICU/PICU float pool roles is advantageous.
• Experience with pediatric patients in float pool settings.

Responsibilities

• Float across PICU, NICU, pediatric medical-surgical, pediatric PACU, ED boarders and postpartum units.
• Provide coverage on night shifts and maintain 36 or 48 hours per week.
• 13-week assignment length with block scheduling not guaranteed.
