• 1 year in a lead or supervisory role.
• Experience developing and analyzing reports on staff productivity and quality, patient volume trending, and account resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise financial counseling staff, including hiring and performance evaluation.
• Provide day-to-day direction and ensure staffing coverage across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency areas.
• Foster a family-centered, culturally sensitive environment.
• Conduct regular team huddles and one-on-one check-ins to review priorities and development.
• Oversee all point-of-service and post-service financial counseling activities and eligibility reviews.
