Marshall Pediatric Therapy in Lexington, KY is seeking a Pediatric Feeding Therapist (OT or SLP) to manage feeding caseloads for children from 0 to 21. The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive compensation structure based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Kentucky OT license or KY SLP license with ASHA-approved master’s program.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Experience with oral motor, sensory feeding, and texture/food progression.
• Experience with infants to 21 years and medically complex cases including bottle feeding and tube weaning.

Responsibilities

• Provide feeding therapy to children aged 0–21 as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and families to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Document progress and communicate clearly with families and team while coaching home carryover.
