Job summary

Stryker Corporation is looking for a Licensed Psychologist in Hershey, PA, to join our team focused on pediatric feeding. This outpatient role requires experience with children ages 0–18, especially those with neurodevelopmental disabilities like autism.

The candidate will collaborate closely with Speech, Nutrition, and Pediatric GI teams and will manage a caseload of approximately 5 patients. The position also offers opportunities for teaching, mentorship, and participation in clinical care, research, and community outreach.

Qualifications

What we’re seeking

• Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) with experience in pediatric populations.
• Clinical background in feeding disorders, eating challenges, or pediatric behavioral health.
• Experience working with children with neurodevelopmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
• Comfort working in an outpatient, interdisciplinary setting alongside Speech, Nutrition, and Pediatric GI.
• Ability to manage a steady daily caseload (approx. 5 patients) and coordinate care with families.
• Interest in teaching, supervision, and mentoring trainees (residents, graduate students).
• Commitment to research, quality improvement, and/or community outreach within the feeding program.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills to support referrals, scheduling, and clinic operations.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
