TotalMed is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Room RN for a travel assignment in Phoenix, AZ. The position is an 8-week travel assignment with 36 hours per week and 12-hour rotating shifts.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience in pediatrics ER, BLS and PALS certifications, and readiness to work in a fast-paced, diverse team environment. • RN with 1-2 years acute care experience
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Pediatrics ER experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Triage and evaluate pediatric patients in ER settings
• Administer care per physician orders and protocols
• Document medical history, allergies and vital signs
• Monitor patient condition and provide patient/family education
• Advocate for pediatric patients and ensure privacy and confidentiality
