Qualifications

• Patient care experience is preferred.
• Current LNA/CNA, current Arizona EMT/Paramedic certification, or RN in progress within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect and record routine patient data under supervision to ensure accuracy of charts.
• Assist in basic patient care activities and apply splints and other orthopedic devices as directed.
• Assemble patient charts, enter admission orders and demographic data for timely records.
