RWJBarnabas Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ER Pediatric unit at the New Brunswick campus. Night shift, hourly pay range, requires ASN or Nursing Diploma with PALS and 4–5 years Pediatric ED or PICU experience. BLS/ACLS and NJ RN license are required; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• ASN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• PALS certification required; 4-5 years of Pediatric ED RN or Pediatric Critical Care RN experience.
• Active New Jersey RN License; BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care defined by the Nurse Practice Act and regulatory standards.
• Ensure safety and apply evidence-based practice; communicate with care team.
• Report safety issues and participate in risk reduction.
• Supervise and direct delegation of tasks to team members.
