Qualifications

• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• TNCC within one year of hire.
• PALS within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional emergency nursing care for acutely ill/injured patients using the nursing process.
• Promotes patient-centered care and coordinates with the healthcare team.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees and students.
• Documents comprehensive patient records and discharge plans.
