Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) RN – Supervisor. This full-time role in the ED emphasizes leadership and coordination of nursing care for pediatric patients.

You will work with management to monitor care quality and mentor staff. Required BSN, RN license, and minimum 1 year in pediatric emergency nursing, plus Charge RN experience and essential certifications (ACLS, PALS, TIC).

Qualifications

• BSN required and RN licensed.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Dept.
• Charge RN experience required.
• ACLS, PALS, and trauma/NICU related certifications with timelines.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in the Pediatric ED.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
