Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coord RN - Supervisor for a full-time day shift (7A–7P). The CNC will coordinate unit functions, monitor nursing care, and serve as a staff resource to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, assisting admissions/discharges, supporting outcomes improvements, and coaching staff. Requires RN with pediatric ED experience and appropriate certifications.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS required.
• ENPC, PALS, and TNCC certifications or willingness to obtain.
• RN with Pediatric Emergency Dept experience.
• BSN degree and active RN license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
