Job summary

Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN - Supervisor to lead and coordinate patient-centered care in a busy Pediatric Emergency Department. The role collaborates with the management team to monitor nursing care and ensure adherence to policies, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

The CNC will mentor staff, coordinate admissions and discharges, and partner with leadership to drive outcomes.

Qualifications

ACLS certification required.
BLS within 30 days of start date.
Pediatric Emergency Care certification within 18 months of start date.
PALS certification.
TNCC within 18 months of start date.
RN licensure in good standing.
BSN required.
Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric ED.
Charge RN experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
Assist with admission and discharge processes.
Support improved outcomes with leadership team and subject matter experts.
Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
Assist with staff scheduling.
