Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator RN - Supervisor to join our health care family. This role focuses on coordinating patient-centered pediatric emergency care and serving as a resource for staff within a busy ED environment.

As part of the leadership team, you will partner with multidisciplinary staff to optimize outcomes, support scheduling, and drive a compassionate, quality-focused patient experience in a large tertiary care setting.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with licensure in good standing.
• BSN preferred or required per facility policy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the Pediatric ED.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes and staffing.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
