Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current NC RN license or Compact state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient and identify care needs.
• Use assessment information to organize care.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain a safe environment and discuss care with the team.
• Serve as charge nurse as assigned.
• Maintain accurate and relevant patient care records.
• Administer medications as ordered by physician.
• Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
