Job summary

Mercy Springfield is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Nurse for night shifts. You will deliver patient care using the nursing process, coordinate with the care team, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality.

Graduate nurses and experienced RNs may participate in a Nurse Residency Program tailored to the specialty. Eligible for education assistance, sign-on bonuses by experience, and weekend/shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification (BLS) either on hire or within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for care of assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
