Job summary
Mercy Springfield is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Nurse - Nights to join a caring, collaborative team. The nurse uses the nursing process to provide patient care, coordinates with other departments, and ensures patient rights and confidentiality throughout care.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association or obtain within 30 days.
- Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds, prolonged standing/walking, and ability to grip/reach/bend/kneel/twist/squat.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using the nursing process.
- Coordinate patient care with other departments.
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by direct care givers.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
