Qualifikationen

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• Licenses & Certifications: Current Maryland State nursing license.
• Licenses & Certifications: Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Licenses & Certifications: ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area.

• Educate patients and families through the continuum of care.
• Serve as role models to Level I nurses.
• Demonstrate professionalism and adhere to ANA standards of practice.
• Use equipment and technology correctly to maximize efficiency.
• Develop a plan of care according to patient population.

• Mentor students, colleagues, and team members in patient-centered care.
• Conduct purposeful rounding from patient and family perspective.
• Conduct efficient literature searches and apply findings to practice.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical care.
