Job summary

Medical City Las Colinas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to join our on-site team. The CNC will coordinate patient-centered pediatric care in the Emergency Department and partner with leadership to monitor nursing standards and outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with an RN license, at least 1 year of pediatric ED RN experience, and appropriate certifications such as ACLS/BLS/ENPC/PALS/TNCC. Charge RN experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BSN degree required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Dept.
• Charge RN experience preferred.
• ACLS/BLS/ENPC/PALS/TNCC certifications or active pursuit within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in the pediatric ED.
• Assist with admissions and discharges.
• Provide staff coaching, feedback, and training.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
