Medical City Dallas is seeking a Pediatric ED Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) RN to join the leadership team of the pediatric emergency department. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinating unit functions in partnership with management.

Responsibilities include staff coaching, scheduling, and collaboration with specialists to improve outcomes. BSN and RN license are required, with ACLS/BCLS/PALS/TNCC certifications and at least 1 year of pediatric ED RN

Qualifications

• ACLS, BCLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• RN licensure and BSN degree required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience in Pediatric Emergency Department.
• Charge RN experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
