Job summary

UNC Faculty Physicians in Chapel Hill, NC, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider in the Otolaryngology–Pediatrics division for a full-time, onsite role. Responsibilities include history-taking, exams, and treatment planning within department guidelines, plus education of patients and families and participation in quality initiatives.

You will collaborate with physicians, housestaff, and nursing, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient patient flow in a busy clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited graduate-level Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) program.
• North Carolina licensure for APRN/PA; DEA certification.
• Board certification if required by the Department.

Responsibilities

• Obtain medical history and perform physical examinations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans and follow-up.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with team.
• Engage in quality improvement and clinical program development.
