St. Luke's University Health Network, the region's largest, most established health system, a major teaching hospital, and one of the nation's 100 Top Hospitals is seeking a passionate BC/BE Pediatric Endocrinologist to be part of an expanding group of pediatric subspecialists providing excellent care at St. Luke's University Health Network/ St. Luke's Children's Hospital. The position will consist of outpatient clinic hours as well as inpatient consults.
St. Luke's Department of Pediatrics is growing and expanding our offering of services. We are seeking providers who are excited by growth and new opportunities.
Highlights Include:
- Luke's Pediatric Endocrinology is a busy practice that receives support from a Certified Diabetes Educator/Dietitian who guides patients through our Pediatric Diabetes Education program which provides medical nutrition therapy, meter instruction, injection training, insulin pump/CGM education and more.
- In 2023, St. Luke's announced the establishment of St. Luke's Children's Hospital at the Bethlehem Campus and is a proud member of the Children's Hospital Association.
- Luke's Children's Hospital and the Department of Pediatrics consists of inpatient, neonatal, emergency medicine, specialty and primary care providers.
- The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit is an 8-bed unit which opened in February 2020 at St. Luke's Children's Hospital, Bethlehem Campus.
- The new Pediatric Emergency Department is a 6 bed unit located within St. Luke's Children's Hospital.
- The department is supported by a growing team of pediatric specialists spanning 40 specialty areas.
- Robust 12 hospital Network spread over a diverse geographic area providing emergency care for over 320,000 patients annually.
