The ideal candidate has at least 1 year RN experience in pediatrics or ED, collaborates with the care team and families, and participates in rounds and education. Night shift is available.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year RN experience in pediatrics or ED.
• Experience in pediatric critical care or emergency department nursing.
• Collaborates with healthcare team and families to deliver care.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing assessments appropriate to patient age and condition.
• Evaluates patient responses to care and communicates findings.
• Provides orientation and supports staff onboarding on unit policies.
• Supervises patient care activities and ensures safety and infection control.
• Participates in rounds and care conferences with the team.
