Job summary

Cook Children's Physician Network has an exciting opportunity for a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing team in Prosper, Texas.

Full-time is scheduled as 10 shifts per month, mix of days/nights/weekends. Cook Children's offers competitive compensation, malpractice coverage, health and dental insurance, and an excellent retirement program within a not-for-profit health system.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start).
• Board certified or Board Eligible in pediatrics.
• ACGME/AMA approved pediatrics residency completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide pediatric emergency medicine care to patients in Prosper.
• Collaborate with the Prosper Emergency Dept team for patient care.
• Participate in a mix of day/night/weekend shifts and on-call coverage.

Cook Children's Physician Network has an exciting opportunity for a board certified/board eligible Pediatric Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing team in Prosper, Texas.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) required.
• American Heart Association BLS and PALS.
• Unrestricted Texas Medical license (must obtain prior to start date).
• Must have successfully completed an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Medical Association (AMA) approved residency for pediatrics.
• Board certified/Board Eligible in their specialty area.
