Highlights:

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Shift hours: 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 2p-12a, 4p-2a, 9p-6a, 12p-8p (Surge Shift)
• 24/7 in-house PICU care with pediatric subspecialty support
• Approximately 32 pediatric patients per day
• Average annual volume: 18,000 cases
• Trauma designation: Level II
• Backup specialties include Cardiology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Genetics, Infectious Diseases, Neonatology, Nephrology, Neurology and Neurosurgery, Pulmonology, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Otolaryngology, Surgery and Anesthesiology, Urology
• Must hold an active Texas medical license
• Fellowship in Pediatric Emergency Medicine required
